Pricing, service fees, and payment timing are shown before you commit to a booking. You should review those details carefully before paying.

Where a listing includes an inspection or verification window, you must report mismatches, access problems, or material listing errors within the period stated on the booking page or refund policy.

Cribnect may review messages, photos, inspection notes, and payment records before deciding a dispute or refund request.

You must not post false listings, impersonate another person, abuse support staff, scrape the platform, or use Cribnect to mislead tenants, landlords, or agents.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that break these terms, create fraud risk, or threaten the safety of other users.

Cribnect works to keep listing information current, but availability, pricing, and landlord responses can change. Final decisions may depend on inspection findings, payment confirmation, and compliance checks.
