What if the tenant damages my property?

Every booking includes a damage deposit held in escrow. If the tenant causes damage beyond normal wear and tear, you document it with photos, submit a claim, and we release the deposit to cover repairs. If they dispute it, our legal support team mediates. You're protected from the 'I did not damage anything' excuses.

How do I know I will actually get paid within 24 hours?

The tenant's rent sits in our escrow account before they move in. Once they have moved in and confirmed everything is as described, the system automatically releases payment to you within 24 hours. You can track the payment status in your dashboard in real time.

What if the tenant gives fake information during verification?

Our verification requires National Identification Number (NIN) or Bank Verification Number (BVN) documents that cannot be faked.
